Yes — our Free plan gives you access to core features including limited document creation, basic AI reviews, and one AI interview per month. Pro and Enterprise plans unlock the full platform.
How accurate is the AI CV review?
Our AI is trained on thousands of successful CVs and ATS patterns. It provides highly actionable feedback, though we always recommend reviewing AI suggestions before applying them to real applications.
Can I reschedule a human interview session?
Yes. You can reschedule any upcoming session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a lost credit.
How do I become an interviewer on Opportuna?
Submit an application through the "For Interviewers" page. Our team reviews your credentials, experience, and interview type expertise. Approved interviewers receive full access to the interviewer dashboard.
Is my data and CV information secure?
Absolutely. All documents and personal data are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share your content with third parties without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.
